Veli-Matti Äijälä and Lubena Nova join forces again in their new collaboration album “Dark Side” released though Nekala Underground.

“Take few deep breaths. Combine in your mind the themes of death, sorrow, longing and eternity. We have all experienced these in many different ways. Then spice the mix with feelings of old age, winter, darkness, loneliness, melancholy, ethos of romanticism and images of gothic nature. This is a place we usually visit quite seldom, but it always leaves its deep mark on us. This place opens only when we are truly naked in the face of death, sorrow, longing and eternity, experiencing things related for which words can only weakly point to. We usually slip relative soon back to ordinary reality from this dark majestic space, for staying there would be hard, if not just unbearable.”
